I spoke to the terrestrials . We have come to a agreement.  

Every state in United States Of America has tribes.

This is why for history sake and so on. 

We should learn a native American language. 

Latin if you went and learned that. 

Will help you learn the native American Languages. 

I am sending the terrestrials to every state to learn the native American Languages all fifty states. Plus culture please shave  around the terrestrials.
